  I had at first received the wrong item, but the seller was quick to fix the issue. They provided me with the return label for the incorrect item and worked quickly to send the correct.   Seller message me as soon as I placed my order. Fast shipping, great seller. Great product. Securely packaging, even though one of the boxes was a little bit damaged, but the figurines were in perfect state, just as described. The money I paid was the best I could find for both.   Despite not receiving the package, since it was the mail systems fault for not delivering it I got a refund, the host was most helpful with getting to the proper solution for said issue, I am very grateful for what they did going our of their way and even giving me a refund, I highly recommend this person, they are wonderful, they know what they are doing and have proper customer service communication, they care about their customers and are a good example of what a seller should be, thank you..

  This was an excellent product. I received it just as it was listed. The only thing I would say is that shipping took extremely long (it shipped a week after payment), yet once I received it, it was well worth the wait. I would definitely buy from this buyer again. Despite the long wait, they communicated very well. Buy with confidence

  Everything was as described, package was delivered more than 10 days before said date.. very happy bunny, and at a great price. Only issue, package was slightly damaged.. but nothing major! Thank you, will keep you bookmarked for future purchases.

  Thank you so much for the great Lucifer figures. I've already ordered them twice, once for myself and once as a gift. The contact with the seller was excellent. I always knew where the product was.
