  Arrived as exactly as described. Packaging was given extra care to ensure arrival of the item safely. Outside package was also taken care of safely despite coming from over seas. Delivery had a large range to begin with. However the seller contacted me letting me know a more clear time frame, and offered a faster option if I needed, which I did not. I will be looking at this sellers shop in the near future for similar items. Pricing was also competitive for the item we purchased.

  My figurine arrived just as stated, perfectly packed and not one scratch! The delivery process was a bit confusing to me personally, but as I got updates frequently it was all the same to me, the shop even offered some quick explanations on what to do in some shipping cases.   After a bad service by the postal service of my country, which at no time communicated to inform me of the status of my package, they returned it to the sender. I contacted the seller (because not even for that the services of my country could help me) and they immediately solved my problem. They are totally trustworthy and I recommend them.
