  Shipped immediately with good communication from seller. Box was damaged in transit but the lense inside was well protected with packing material. It worked as described and matched the images posted in the listing. I was very pleased with seller with the only caveat that perhaps a sturdier box could have been used for international shipping. Would recommend buying from this seller.

  I love the way the shipment came on time. Very well packaged. Product came as described. Im so happy with my product, I will buy again from this seller in the near future. After receiving package I did try to contact seller due to issues I was having not understanding about the camera which than I messaged the seller and he took a while but he did reach out. So just wait patiently and they’ll get back to you, like they did to me. Other then that I love my product it works perfectly and thank you

  Item arrived from Japan in very good time, and in excellent condition. I've tested it out and am very happy with it. Packaging had me slightly concerned when it arrived, being quite beat up, but inside it was well padded and safe. I would suggest double boxing for international packages like this. It was as described in the auction: pristine lenses, used and refurbished and with practically no wear. The price was acceptable.

  Excelente vendedor, muy amable y rápido para responder a todas las preguntas y dispuesto a negociar el precio, lo cual es algo que agradezco. El lente es exactamente como se describe y se ve en las fotografías, limpio y funcionando perfectamente, muy bien empaquetado, envío muy rápido, por DHL, por lo que pagar aduanas es muy fácil. El paquete llegó a Colombia en aproximadamente 6 días, bastante rápido. Un vendedor confiable, por lo que será mi primera opción cuando necesite comprar nuevamente.

  The camera arrived as advertised, very carefully wrapped, and right on time. Communication with Sato at the store was personal, informed and friendly, and the extra information allowed me to make my decision quickly, as if I had walked into the store and was talking directly to him. Very happy to find the camera I was looking for and have it delivered safely and on time to my door.
