  The seller altered the shaft to my exact specifications. The seller meticulously wrapped my item and boxed it. The seller even included a "thank you" note. I am very happy. The contrast between American and Japanese customer service was on display in this transaction. Communication with the seller was thorough, made with no assumptions, clarified, and verified. Apparently, the USPS guy was lazy. He didn't deliver my item to me at the specified time. I picked it up the next day myself.

  Outstanding experience. Communication was superb. Shipping was lightning fast. Japan to Canada in a couple days. Will beat my package from Texas by about 1.5 weeks. Packaging was the best I have had. It is easy to tell there is pride and care taken in the operation. Without question I would purchase from again.

  Shaft arrived very quickly, especially when considering it was coming all the way from Japan! The sellers communication and interaction was great, wanting to know what can be done to improve service. The packaging was great, very welcome protected and neat. Product was exactly as described and shown in the advert. Very happy!

  Amazing customer service, quick to reach out to confirm specifications for the driver shaft I selected. I received the item way faster than I expected, it was 2 days from when I got the email saying it shipped from Japan to Indiana. I will be using them any future needs!
