  Package arrived quickly but had been damaged during international shipment. Situation like this requires action of the seller, and they didn’t miss a beat. Worked with me to get pictures and desription to shipper very quickly. Lot of communication required and seller was very good about it. After dealing with the shipper, seller had me send the damaged lens back for a full refund. There are a lot of sketchy lens dealers overseas but this seller is not one of them. Highly recommended.

  The shipping was very fast, my package arrived one day earlier than the estimate. When I received the product, I encountered some problems with the camera’s shutter button, which was locked, rendering the camera unable to take photos. This was not mentioned in the listing. Other than the problem with the shutter button, the camera was as described. When I contacted the seller about the problem, they were extremely understanding and gave me a full refund on the camera without requiring a return.

  Would give 10 stars if I could, I made a mishap and put in my PO Box address by accident, this just meant I would've had to go pick up my package rather it being left at my door, I explained this to the seller and they were able to fix the address for me. 10/10 service, so cordial and respectful. As for the package itself. It arrived in the same exact condition it was pictured and described
