  The items were all packed exceptionally well in bubble wrap and stacked carefully in the box. The package shipped over in good time and arrived ahead of schedule.   A Superb Seller with Outstanding Customer Service and Communication. My Brand New Vintage Dual Metal Gear Box arrived very quickly and extremely well packaged and all at a terrific price.   Transaction with seller went really well. The seller (in Japan) realized quickly that the item I had purchased was damaged. They offered to send me another set, more intricate & more beautiful than the set I had purchased! Same price! I'm impressed w/ their customer service.   When I contacted the seller about the shipping delay, they were very helpful and honest about the reason. The item didn’t meet the quality standard for shipping in their warehouse, so I decided that a refund was the best option. This doesn’t discourage me from making another purchase in the future.
