  Good communication! I didn't receive the pictured item but a similar one with some flaws. After I complained to the seller he was open to renegotiate the price and reimbursed an amount we agreed on. So after all I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend this seller. If you buy from him, just make sure to ask if the pictures show the actual item you are buying.

  Very friendly ebay seller! the books I ordered arrived close to the estimated time, the package itself was robust and the books were in top notch condition, as advertised in the description when I bought them. Everything was very professional, but, one small negative point was that from the point of initial "we will send as soon as payment is done" to the "we send it" no further communication happened - until - suddenly I got an SMS saying "package will be delivered tomorrow!"
