  This is the first time I had to open a refund case and still rate the shop and customer service solid 5/5. There was a mixup- address on listing photos stated "30 avenue" - means the perfume was produced 1985-1990; "33 avenue" is after that and by serial number perfume sent to me was made 1993. Very easy to overlook by anyone other than collectors. They answered all my questions kindly and professionally, shipping was very fast and I would most definitely buy from them again.

  Very happy with my purchase of Guerlain Mitsouko edt and parfum! Shipping was very fast for being international (arrived just 9 days after I placed my order!) and the seller had great communication. Everything was packaged well and arrived just as shown in the listing. No problems there. And it smells amazing so it's definitely authentic. Would 100% purchase again, and for the price, cannot be beat!

  ITS BEAUTIFUL!! and the shipping was so fast i wasn’t expecting it to come for a few more weeks!! i will say it is a little expensive for what you get. but if ur a fan i would say its totally worth it. it was packed very well and came all in one piece. they were brand new and the seller included the bag!! everything was excellent quality. i would recommend and will buy from this seller again!

  Years ago my Mother was visiting her family in Tokyo and I asked her purchase this fragrance for me as it is only sold in Japan. It is the most exquisite rose fragrance I've ever experienced. It's a shame it is being discontinued. I am so happy to have it again and the Seller was outstanding in keeping me informed of the progress of the shipping on this item. Received it quickly and it was well packaged.
