    Brilliant customer communication. Speedy delivery but test steips were missing. Was told straight away they would send out the strips. Was shocked when a complete new kit arrived and was very grateful. Highly recommend. Good value for money and speedy communication made this potentially annoying situation completely steess free!     The plastic lid had a small amount of damage resulting from the courier transit process. I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.

    The air bed arrived in excellent condition, top quality and extremely comfortable. It’s excellent value for money and far better than I expected for the price. I had a small issue but the customer service team was amazing, fast replies and resolved it straight away with no delays. Friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Excellent quality, excellent service, excellent value. Trusted seller and I highly recommend them.

    Speedy delivery of the step, unfortunately I misjudged measurements and it’s too small. Contacted seller who arranged the return. It was a good price though didn’t open packaging to view. Thx to the seller.
