  Three tone gold bracelet arrived after EBay authenticity clearance. Pictures were accurate, but didn't expect no clasp on the bracelet. It took a little research for me to find that this was actually a bracelet and not something else being sold as a bracelet. Relatively expensive, but great customer service and responsive.

  Antler was delivered late due to holiday shipping chaos, but seller communicated promptly and did everything possible to make transaction a positive one. HIGHLY recommend buying from jandmantlers. Item eventually still arrived as described, well packaged, and was a huge hit with the dog. I will be purchasing my dog's chews through this seller in the future. Incredible value

  I just received my antlers and I’m very impressed with the seller’s professionalism. The packaging was outstanding—protective tips were placed on the ends of the antlers to prevent them from piercing the box, which I found to be a very thoughtful and professional touch.
