Packed extremely well and smart. Glass did not come broken. They went the extra mile to secure the glass in air filled packing cushiond and foamed the gaps in the box with expandable foam. I ordered a seat belt, and it works great, it was as described, as little staining, but less than I expected, the only staining was on the buckle itself, under clear rubber. J&J answered my question before I bought, good services, good packaging, they made sure it was safe, in shipping. Value I believe is good, they were the first person I found carrying what I was looking for.

It took me over an hour to open the crate and get the seats unpacked. Everything was exactly as it looked in the pics. I just did the seat swap in my 15 Ram and the seats work just as they should. This was our first purchase but definitely not our last, and that comment is based on the exceptionally high level of service J and J provides. We put a bid in for the fender on Friday and it arrived (packed AMAZINGLY well) late Thursday morning, exactly as described. Item received in 3 days, better than described, reasonably priced, and so well packaged that even though UPS damaged the container, the item was pristine. Been looking for this item for three years.
