  Excellent seller. Great communication and kept me informed every day about the disappearance of my bowl by the post office. Couldn't ask for seller to be more upfront with me than he was about the lost in transit package. Seller sent me refund in record time when package was lost in transit. No fault of seller. The seller is an honest person and worthy person to do business with. The bowl I purchased from him was priced very low and was good quality. I would buy from him again.

  Great plates! All like new. The packaging was extraordinary! The box came a bit damaged on one side but all the plates were safe due to your great packaging! Pool noodles were genius! Shipping was prompt too. Accurately described and a great price!

  Unfortunately one of the snowfolk arrived in pieces. However, the seller immediately provided a refund. It looked to be boxed with sufficient padding to insure safe delivery, but apparently the handling at the post office was lacking. The seller offered solutions at first contact.
