    The seller sent a damaged piston that was unusable, explaining it was part of a multi-item listing and they didn’t notice the damage before shipping. It took three days to receive a replacement piston. As a small engine business, we needed it for a customer's engine. While this experience wasn't ideal, we appreciated the seller's pricing and are hopeful to continue using them in the future. The replacement piston worked perfectly in our engine.

    Item arrived very quickly (faster shipping than expected from most sellers). Although used, the lawn mower handle was in good condition. It was offered at a very reasonable price as well. I would buy from this seller again. My only negative comment would be I sent the seller a question before I purchased, and the seller never responded.
