  Purchased from TIPM_Rebuilders and the part was exactly as described, well-packaged, and works great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that shipping took a little longer than expected. Otherwise, solid seller I’d buy from again.

  Ordered this unit my truck was listed that it fit they contacted me told me it would not fit and then they sent it out anyway and tried to charge me for the shipping and we're also nice to offer me another one that would work with my truck at three times the price very shady company find somebody else to buy your product from

  You asked about fit at 6:59 PM but placed the order before we could reply. At 9:55 AM we confirmed a 2010 Caravan TIPM will not fit a 2010 RAM. Yet you still failed to mention you already placed the order. You later stated we “should not have shipped.” We strive to answer quickly and ship promptly, but in this case the order was made before confirmation. Waiting for our reply would of insured ordering the correct part.

  I was completely blown away by the customer service and the information provided by them. I am a “watch a YouTube video do it yourself” kind of guy and thought I found the issue. Shipped them my item and received updates from them and loved that. I had an email explaining what was all found wrong with my item. Got it back and reinstalled it and have not looked back since. Highly recommend!!!

  Although contacting them ahead of time and providing my VIN, this product was NOT compatible with my Ram. They were easy to deal with on a return and ended up purchasing a refurbished TIPM from them. The new TIPM fixed my issue and also fixed an electrical gremlin I have been chasing for months (Battery Light). Shipping was fast and overall a great experience. Mistakes happen and I would recommend purchasing from them. Thanks!
