  Shipping and packaging were fine, however, the item was not as described in that one of the handles is very tarnished/discolored and I don't know if it can be fixed? Since the handle is so badly tarnished, this item was not a good value.

  Love our purchase. Great value! Shipped quickly and the packaging was amazing, wrapped in lots of bubble wrap and paper. Received in great condition! The box had fragile stickers on it. I highly recommend this seller! Thanks so much! We received this same dish as a wedding gift over 31 years ago and ours has a chip in it (we still use it anyway) but saw this one and so now we have 2 of them. We’ve already made deviled eggs on it today. The Mrs.’s had watery eyes. 🥹 ❤️
