They were good at communicating with me and trying to get it solved, and when nothing worked to fix the defect they did offer to refund.   Had an odd issue with the camera being new but registered with one else. I bought up the odd issue and seller worked with me and gave me a small refund in return. I reset the camera and it works as advertised. Seller is communicative and supportive, would recommend, thank you!
