I initially received the wrong cord, a 3-pole instead of the 4-pole that I ordered. I contacted Jacobstoner about the problem and it was quickly resolved, with the correct cord arriving at my house in 2 days. Seller was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them

Item did not come on time order was canceled and I was refunded . Seller was very helpful towards canceling and refunding me . Seller's only request was if and when I received the order to write refuse and return to seller upon it and return it to post office , which I did . Seller handled everything very professionally , and I would not hesitate to order from seller again if needed . Thank You .

Items received as described. Communication with seller was prompt and item sent next day. Unfortunately, US Postal Service took more than a week to deliver, no fault of seller. Items arrived later than I needed, but can be used next time.

Item is fine and it was shipped right away. US Postal service dragged their feet for 8 days before the tiny plug in an envelope went 2 hours north from seller ,here in Indiana. Unbelievable. No wonder they go broke. Great comunication from seller. Thank you. A++++
