Keep the item sent in error and get refunded completely or keep the item mailed in error and the Seller would send out the correct item at no cost. I chose to have the correct item be mailed to me. They acted in a timely manner and the item is being shipped. They stood behind their word and were very customer focused. Their warehouse made a mistake. Turned a negative into a positive.

I actually should leave a neutral for poor packing, but not a factor with this board in my application. If you get 500 static bags they're nothing per bag. Now I know why these guys are cheap.
