    SO pissed I was sent the wrong item and I just moved I dont have time to return this and order the right one from another place. How aggravating... They sent me an email saying sorry they didnt upgrade the description. Its a total different shower head. They should of not sent it at all.

    We refunded this buyer the minute she messaged us and told us she was unhappy with the ungraded newer version of the same product she ordered. She did not have to spend any time returning it. We told her to keep it. But, we did waste some of her time getting it. We apologized and are sorry.she was not happy with the upgraded product.

    Shipping was very delayed and could not be tracked easily. Tracking info finally said it was being returned to the sender, but ended up being delivered to my home that day. Discovered the reason for delay was sender tried to send it media mail which subjected it to inspection at the PO. The PO discovered it was not media mail, and delivered to my home with postage due! The seller did communicate timely, and reimbursed additional postage due however, this was not a smooth transaction.
