  Postal Service lost this package. Seller went out of his way to try and find it apparently to no avail. He offered to refund my money. I waited for a week for the post office to try and find the package, but they apparently did not. Seller refunded my money Without any drama! I saved the seller for future purchases.

  The item was shipped promptly and arrived safely. There packaging was fine; the mailer had a cut into it when I received it, but I'm sure it was the post office's fault as the item was totally undamaged. The skirt was just as described, but also somehow nicer than I expected! I will get a lot of wear out of it. (:
