  I have marked this as a positive, but I am not happy that the box arrived open all the way down a long side. I appreciate that it may not have left the seller like this. When delivered it was simply left in our front porch, no chance to point out the package had been opened. The illustration shows that the item will match one bought earlier. Happy with the value aspect, and accepting that the seller is unlikely to have sent it out in the state it arrived in. Complete?. If so I'll be happy.

  looks darker in real life than photo but all goo ...good job it was packed well because delivery guy left it in poring rain for about 4 hrs ! but product service and price all good

  Ordered 02/04/25. It stated delivery Thursday/Friday the same week. By Thursday morning it still did not show the items being dispatched. I contacted the seller who did get back to me quickly and said once items sent it is out of their hands. I requested the tracking details as stated it was Royal Mail 2nd Class. They came back with tracking details for Evri. Evri did not get the package from seller until Friday so was not getting delivery Thur/Fri. Delivered Saturday evening.

  The company wastes your time by getting you to refer to links to an online manual , requesting pictures etc..when you have very clearly supplied pictures and stated your problem and parts referred to in the message. There is a long waiting time to receive replacement parts and also essential screws can be missing from the package received. All considered I would not recommend buying from this company.
