    The excellent feedbacks for this retailer are deserved. The computer was well packaged and received quickly. The only thing wrong was that the item did not have the DVD unit as described. I can't give 5 stars because of this. However this was quickly resolved as Luke did not argue and quickly gave a refund to allow a purchase of an external unit. For communication and friendliness they deserve 5 stars. Highly recommended.

    Great experience. Regular clear comms and product as described. A month after delivery had a small issue - user error, not product! - sent a msg and luke replied within minutes to give help. Top guy. Top company. Thanks!

    Item arrived exactly as described. Correspondence with seller excellent. Prompt delivery, ordered on Sunday arrived on Tuesday and that included having the option of software being loaded onto computer. Would certainly use this company again and would definitely recommend.

    The communication with this seller was top notch, he even gave me a 12 month warranty as a previous seller had let me down. The tower came very quickly and the package arrived in pristine condition. Definitely recommended!
