  What can i say this seller sets the standard for customer service that all sellers should aspire to achieve. Proactively notified me of a delay, offered a solution and then delivered an upgraded product for my inconvenience. All done without any prompting or chasing by me. Just what selling should be. I can't recommend this seller highly enough.

  Lovely programme, dispatched quickly and bundled with other items to save postage but each item was individually packaged and the then put in one reinforced envelope : appreciate the care taken thank you. Very good comms : would defo use again!
