  It was new, the package was sealed and in perfect condition. Works well but the battery doesn't last very long. The wine color est really pretty. It was shipped right away and arrived in under a week so 3 weeks earlier than expected.

  The seller's communication was exceptionally poor. They sat in the order for 3-weeks before finally sending it. I chased them several times and was told lies every time. I tried to cancel the order (due to the stress of continually being told it is being sent today and then not being sent), and they blanked me for a week until finally sending it, then claimed they couldn't refund because it was sent. They role me they had refunded me $10 as an apology - and, of course, that didn't exist either.
