  Unfortunately, when I bought my computer, it arrived broken, but luckily it didn't take anything more than a single message to have my order refunded. I mailed it back free of charge and got my money back yesterday. It's only typical when buying used equipment that you'll run across a dud every now and then, so it's really great sellers like itad are willing to work with you. 10/10 would purchase from again.
