  This seller is absolutely awesome. They ran out of VVX 311 phones and accidentally forgot to update the quantity on their listing. They admitted to the issue and offered me a free upgrade to a slightly newer generation VVX 400 IP phone. This not only upgraded me from a black & white display to a color display, but also gave me addition lines and features.
