  The seller provided excellent communication, and the transaction was flawless. Sadly (for both of us) the box was damaged in shipping and arrived broken and unusable. A quick note to inform the seller produced a prompt reply, and without my specifically asking, offered to fully refund the purchase without question. I appreciate their willingness to expedite the refund, leaving it for them to resolve a damage claim with the shipper. I would happily purchase from them in the future. Thanks !

  This was one of my favorite eBay transactions ever! The deadbolt was new in box with all parts present and accounted for. Installation was painless and I now have a great looking and functioning electronic deadbolt, at less than half the price I paid for one at the big box store. Seller is excellent! He shipped it out extremely fast and included a nice note in case I ran into any issues. I would definitely recommend this seller! A+++
