But Iron pony Direct went above and beyond to make it right! I received the wrong item. It has been miss labeled. I contacted them about it and they immediately sent out the correct item. When it arrived the box had damage and a few parts had fallen out. I co tacted them again. And they sent out a compleatly new hardware set. In case I was missing other parts. That I had not noticed. I sure Apreacated that!

I contacted the seller and they replied very quickly. The extent and expense they went to insuring I was satisfied was beyond expectations. The quality of the jacket was excellent and the price very reasonable. It looks great, and my wife loves it. Excellent summer or winter jacket, lining removes for summer weather, providing plenty of venting. I certainly saved this seller!

They were 3 hours from me and I drove over to do the exchange. They were out of stock so they upgraded to the current model at the same price. 100% taking care of the customer. I cannot rate them high enough. They will have all my business going forward for motorcycle riding apparel. Great service!!!!

Better than described. They are on an adventure bike anyway! Great seller to do business with and super fast shipping. Couldn’t pass on the price either!
