  I wanted to leave this feedback about this seller. Because the order didn't go smoothly. But Iron pony Direct went above and beyond to make it right! I received the wrong item. It has been miss labeled. I contacted them about it and they immediately sent out the correct item. When it arrived the box had damage and a few parts had fallen out. I co tacted them again. And they sent out a compleatly new hardware set. In case I was missing other parts. That I had not noticed. I sure Apreacated that!

  These folks are absolutely amazing! Received the Item very quickly, but to no fault of the seller, it was damaged. I contacted the seller and they replied very quickly. The extent and expense they went to insuring I was satisfied was beyond expectations. The quality of the jacket was excellent and the price very reasonable. It looks great, and my wife loves it. Excellent summer or winter jacket, lining removes for summer weather, providing plenty of venting. I certainly saved this seller!

  Shipped the incorrect size, so they were willing to exchange them for me. They were 3 hours from me and I drove over to do the exchange. They were out of stock so they upgraded to the current model at the same price. 100% taking care of the customer. I cannot rate them high enough. They will have all my business going forward for motorcycle riding apparel. Great service!!!!

  Came very well packaged and in great shape. Seller mentioned maybe a scratch or two, but honestly they look great. Better than described. They are on an adventure bike anyway! Great seller to do business with and super fast shipping. Couldn’t pass on the price either!

  Very responsive seller that can be trusted to do the right thing. Had an issue with shipping (not their fault at all) and they took care of it to make sure my son had his riding gear ASAP. Will definitely be purchasing from this seller again. Their items are priced very reasonably too! 10/10

  Item as described. Packaging wasn’t the best, the fork nearly tore through the box. Luckily it didn’t fall out. Next time tape the bubble wrap around the fork instead of just tossing it in there loosely. And I get including the brake lever as a free bonus in there, but leaving it loose in the box risked damaging the fork during shipment. Use some tape to secure the contents inside the box. Overall happy with item.
