  Great service. Item as described, and very well packaged for shipping. Communication with seller was good. However, eBay’s tracking information was not…as updated information was nonexistent for approximately three (3) weeks, even after the shipment did arrive. Overall, a positive buying experience.

  Item exactly as described. Item also arrived undamaged, despite enduring USPS “handling” and a scenic tour of the United States, through no fault of the seller – excellent packing job !! Seller kept in constant contact with me and was willing to resend another item, since this on appeared to be lost in the abyss of the USPS. Excellent seller and would definitely buy again !

  At first, I wasn't a happy camper because the item was not as described. The Buy it Now price was about $25-$30 below other similar items. I thought, "Well, I shop eBay looking for bargains." And, I found one. After contacting the seller, he contacted me and took full responsibility for the item being "accidentally advertised as having Digital Command and Control (DCC). He offered a refund, which I have now declined since I already ordered a DCC decoder. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

  Recommended seller. Due to my mistake I accidentally did a double order of the same products. I communicated with the seller and got an immediate response and they worked very well with me to cancel the 2nd order of the same product. I have bought many items from this seller and will continue to buy items from them. Service is exceptional and the packages always ship quickly and arrive with the products as described on the sellers page.

  Came exactly as described and id say the price is pretty fair. Packaging was nice so it wasn’t damaged in shipping. Theres a paper stamped with the name of the person who packaged it so, id like to thank Jenna for doing a very good job! The models came exactly as described and were very nice and clean. They provide a paper with perfect instructions if i wasn’t happy or changed my mind. Great professionalism from Iron Planet Hobbies. Im definitely saving this seller!
