    The laptop is in excellent condition. There was a bit of a hiccup with delivery being delayed, and the shipping company used was not as advertised; I would have appreciated the seller informing me about the delivery company change before shipping the laptop so that I could manage logistical issues. The seller did communicate well about the delivery delay though. Overall, I would buy from this seller again.

    Item was reasonably priced and exactly as described; what you see in the listing is exactly what you will get. it was dispatched in one day and it arrived the next day. the hard drive is in good condition and had been packed very very well. Intelligent Outlet were very professional in our interactions and i would definitely use them in future when in need of IT components.
