The packaging however was just a flimsy grey plastic bag which was torn and full of holes on arrival. One edge of the trough had been scraped on something and was all scratched. I advised the seller of this, just for information, but the seller has not responded.

One thing that concerned me was that the packaging was poor and as I’d already broke one of these by dropping it I’m surprised the fall through the letter box didn’t break this one. Postage was free, I would rather pay a couple of quid more to have better packaging specially with such a delicate item.
