  Poorly packed, arrived with gallon bottle broken-open and liquid contents spilled, soaking cardboard box. Contacted seller, sending images, but time and effort wasted. Just directed back to eBay. Does eBay really reimburse *customers* for *shipper* failure to pack properly ? Seems like unfairly fobbing-off the problem. Is this really how things work ? We've got nothing but wet packing material, told eBay will fix it.
