    Item is new as advertised. 12-volt battery is not included, I could have ordered it at the same time. Now i have to wait further to find out whether the tester is working or not. As i documented in the emails with the seller, the item should be shipped from NJ, but instead it was shipped from CA. The change of shipping location cost me 3 days of delay in delivery.

    Our items are deposited into warehouses in both CA and NJ locations and are usually shipped from the other warehouse if the other one is out of stock.
