    The product was shipped promptly and is new, as described. However, the main point of my feedback is for the seller... I have used eBay for many, many years and I've never come across a more helpful and responsible seller as Arthur. I encountered an issue with the machine, and when I contacted Arthur he responded immediately - and when he couldn't resolve the issue himself, he helped me get in touch with the manufacturer's tech and we got the issue fully resolved in 24 hrs. Thank you, Arthur!

    My original review was mistakenly marked as negative. The seller Arthur has been great. He shipped my order immediately, but FedEx lost it. He resent it right away, and FedEx lost it again. Finally Fedex delivered the first one one month later on Aug 5... Bravo Fedex. Arthur has always been helpful Excellent and professional seller.

    My original review was mistakenly marked as negative — that was not my intention. The seller Arthur has been great. He shipped my order immediately, but FedEx lost it. He resent it right away, and FedEx lost it again — likely stolen by FedEx employees. Arthur has always been helpful and is now sending a third shipment with a different carrier. The issue was entirely with FedEx, not the seller. Excellent and professional seller.
