  Tried to purchase these shoes twice. First time I was informed within 24 hrs that my billing address was wrong and the transaction was cancelled. I checked the address. It was fine. Item was relisted. I purchased again. Same thing happened, but about the time they were supposed to be delivered. If seller doesn't have the item, be honest and don't waste my time.

  Did not let me know there was a problem.Ordered on 7/1 and was notified on 7/6 about a problem.I even sent a message on 7/5 asking if it had been mailed.Heard nothing until 7/6 that there was a problem and refunding purchase price. Very bad communication. Out of gum and will cost me money to purchase elsewhere,no time to get an order in,will have to purchase at a store.Extremely dissatisfied.Did not contact seller about giving bad review,they could have done something about it alot earlier.

  Arrived 1 day late, but it was the shipping company's issue. I have not tried them yet as my others are still good, but they look like a perfect replacement.
