The DPO5104 oscilloscope arrived in very good condition thanks to the care taken in packing the oscilloscope.   An item I purchased from the seller was badly damaged in transit. The seller wasn’t responsible and probably as surprised as I was at its condition. I didn’t know what to expect. But rather than argue, the point, the seller immediately refunded my money without asking me to go through the trouble of returning the damaged merchandise. I’m not surprised the seller has so many satisfied customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I will look to them for future purchases the first chance I have.
