  Prompt shipping, as pictured and advertised. However, communications could have been better as item was shipped from Amazon, which confused me when I received an Amazon package knowing that I hadn't ordered anything recently from Amazon. The package was consistent with what I bought on ebay so all good. Seller should let buyers know when their packages are coming from Amazon to reduce any confusion. Thanks! A+

  I had ordered two bottles of the polish remover and waited and waited and wondered what happened.. after checking I found out that it said my item had been delivered in my mailbox but I never received it ...it must have been delivered to somebody else's mailbox. I contacted the vendor and they were very courteous and prompt and issued a full refund back to me!, I appreciate their actions, very much!. Thank you

  Sadly, my package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere! But, the seller was so kind and gracious. I was issued a full refund by the after seller was notified of the situation. I will say that besides being so gracious about this little mixup, they answered my inquiries rapidly and were incredibly honest. This is a seller with whom one would want to make a purchase. The would have no problem ordering from this seller in the future. Great experience, great seller. I give them five stars!

  USPS tracking said item was delivered, but I did not receive it. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong address. Seller was quick to respond and credit my account. Excellent Ebayer. Would definitely use them again.
