Incycle Bicycles, founded in 1991, believes in harnessing the power of bikes to advance the good in us all by providing exceptional value and service, supporting riders of all levels, and giving back to our communities. We are rider owned and operated with five locations in the greater Los Angeles area. Incycle is dedicated to providing our customers with the best cycling brands in the industry. We operate a business based on passion, fueled by hard work, and fulfilled by the satisfaction of bringing the joy of cycling to everyone!
The story of Incycle started when the founders met while riding mountain bikes in the Southern California foothills. Through their shared passion for bikes, they teamed up to open the first Incycle shop in a small warehouse space in San Dimas, California. More than 30 years later, in addition to our ever-expanding webstore, we also have locations in Pasadena, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, and Valencia.

The saddle was the correct size. I contacted the seller because the picture said 155 but the description said 168. The seller promptly responded that the item is a 168 mm width & it is. If I had another bike I would get another one. I have saved this seller in case I need or want something else. I would definitely buy from them again & wholeheartedly recommend them.

After I contacted the seller with a Sizing Question, I was answered in a matter of minutes. Had the Communication Not been made successfully, I would not be in possession of these BRAND NEW Bib-Knickers. Now to the transaction itself: The Knickers were Brand New with tags as Described, The Quality seems to be pretty good, Delivery was prompt, Packing was safe and secure, Shipping Costs were fair. It arrived three days later than promised causing my son to miss out on a weekend MTB trip. It appears this is some sort of clearing house. I contacted the seller asking about adding a dropper seat post and they said they could only sell the bike as is. A few days later I was contacted by a different entity, what appeared to be a real bike shop, to confirm the shipping address. Ce la vie.

False advertising and made me miss my weekend club ride. A week to deliver what should’ve been 40 miles away is terrible and their misleading origination is to blame. Never buy from them again. The product once arrived was as listed just not on time or nearby and I paid $8 for shipping less than 50 grams!
