    The seller shipped the item immediately and the item was received in good condition. The packaging of the item was also good with bubble wrap protecting the item from in-transit damage. The item received was in the condition and exactly as described by the seller. I'd buy from this seller again.

    I'm not sure the Jetpack was "New Open Box," as listed. It came with a SIM card already installed, which indicates this Jetpack had been sold and returned. Using the SIM card it came with, I was unable to connect to Verizon. I installed a new SIM card and it appears to be working as it should. Shipping was slow; tracking # issued, but package not shipped until days later. However, all things considered it was still a good bargain.

    Furnace was damaged in shipping and seller had another one shipped out the following days very happy with purchase and seller and the communication I'll recommend them and if I need anything in the future I'll be getting ahold of them

    The first Voyage I received had a faulty battery. It dies at 50-40%, so they couldn't have noticed the damage. when I asked them they sent me a replacement. Shipping was normal. It's a very good deal for the price and had much less cosmetic damage than in the photos. The description was accurate except they didn't mention that they could have Special Offers. All in all it was a very good purchase and I recommend the seller.
