  Shipping was Normal as this came from a further location! Item was as described! No additional bubble wrap was in box but shipping left no room for item to be pushed around during shipping so all is well! Would order again if needed another item from this Seller! Reliable and above all, Delivered Results!!

  Great transaction; item as described, well-packaged, shipped promptly. Good communication. Unfortunately, the item was defective from the factory. Refund was requested, & seller promptly processed the return & refund. Despite the issue with the item, which was on the manufacturer and not the seller, the seller's performance was great. Thanks!

  Item came as described. I picked the pink one with the opened box, and I love it. The box and the Labubu are real, verified as genuine by Popmart. The shipping time was like a month, but it was worth the wait. My Labubu looks so pretty and the quality is as expected. So happy with my purchase!
