This is a high integrity seller. There was a mixup with the shipment, the seller made it right. I believe most sellers are trustworthy; however, this seller when way above and beyond the accepted practices of normal commerce. I will most definitely purchase from him again. Also, the space pens I got from him write every time, on anything - including cash register receipts, which for me is very handy.
