  As described..Arrived on time..Good seller..i just wish when you ask for item to cancel they would cancel insted of shipping..just to send it back...i asked seller to cancel early and it was denied ..now i am shipping it back...doesn't make alot of sense..they should give people time to cancel if needed..

  Bag arrived inside lining color didn’t match photos and didn’t have the D&B tag with # inside. Emailed seller they replied that not all bags have tags. Have bought this brand for over 10 yrs and all the bags have had tags. Didn’t return, color was sold out and sale price was over. Thinking quality issues are happening.Also could tell by packaging it had been a return.First time this seller and brand have disappointed me. I’m second thinking about buying here now since this experience.

My only suggestion would be for the Seller to pack the items they send out a little better - more specifically, the box containing my order was not sufficiently sealed.
