  My item was packed carefully and was not difficult to unpack as some purchases of ceramic items are difficult to unwrap. Seller had good communication and shipped my item quickly. This was a vintage sake cask that was reasonably priced. Wish all transactions were this smooth. I will be checking this seller’s store regularly.

  The cups and saucers were packaged well and minimally. They arrived in perfect shape. The seller's description was accurate, and the communication was friendly. These cups are not easy to find.   The item was accurately described with copious, good quality images from all relevant angles. It arrived incredibly fast (10 days from Japan!) and was extremely well packaged whilst still being very easy to unpack.
