  went out of their way to help and posted promptly. Packaging just survived - australia post were a bit rough. Item as described but there were electrical differences with my model washing machine, nevertheless, a positive experience and would buy again from this supplier.

  Part arrived as described & genuine part. despatched quickly.. It arrived 2 days after Aust Post advised, but it was their delay.. Only criticism, if you can call it that, is the postage cost was almost as dear as the item itself & a bit over the top for 2 plastic washers.. Would definitely use this seller again..

  Great eBay seller. Item as described and great communication. Original package was damaged by Australia Post causing 1 of 2 items to be lost in transit, seller organised a replacement which arrived also with damage package by Australia Post but item was perfect and not lost. Buy with confidence from this trusted seller.

  Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this seller. I received an item Different from what is posted and I found out that its the cheap version that cost $20 or less. I have paid $60 for the one that is posted. I don’t have a choice but to fit it than waste time sending it back and Using the coin laundry again. This kind of seller cannot be trusted. Very unprofessional and Irresponsible.

  We sent 100% same as listed and it is correct part , not genuine , all written clearly he never replaced it such part , do even not read it before purchase . He installed and using the machine is working.we emailed , explained it all several times Why do you have to be so negative for everyting , even the part is ok and the problem solved . Read it first , Do you buy just to give negative feeback Nobody is forcing you to buy , it is your choice , God sake learn to read carefully

  This seller advertised with the correct part number at price they were not willing to sell the product at. Then called my phone and asked me to cancel the order so I couldn't leave a review. I didn't realise this company was IGLOO. If I had I would never have made the purchase in the first place this is the third time I've dealt with this company and the third time they have screwed me over. At least this time I got my money back which I didn't the last two times.

  This buyer is simply Liar , he is an spare parts seller.Our listing had an error, how can we sell a pump costs $99 to $19 . We explained it and he requested to cancel the order , a full refund made. We explained him clearly and he confirmed He is a liar , parts purchased always supplied or refund . Impossible to hold money unless supplied
