  Don't normally leave reviews, but I felt a need to say how well packaged the item came. A delicate Top Hat packed securely, inside a bag, surrounded with soft wrap, inside a box, inside ANOTHER box! This package could have dropped from the top of the Empire State building. Very pleased with the shipping and packaging.
