  Though the color I received was not the same as the advertised teal picture, the seller was great about communication and worked with me to make it right. The shell itself seemed to be of good quality and will be a nice backup for a future reshell. It was packaged well and arrived quickly. Overall good experience and would consider ordering other colors in the future.

  I received the item in good time. It was new box condition. Got it at a great price. There was an error in the ad indicating that there was both large and small band in the box but there wasn't there was only a large. I contacted the seller they admitted that they're advertisement was an error and offered to refund an amount that would cover my buying a new small band. I was most pleased with their willingness to take responsibility to make it right very courteous and responsive

  Originally arrived missing the charger, I emailed the seller and they immediately shipped out the missing charger. Item is new, good quality, and arrived on time. I am happy with the purchase and the seller.
