Have asked 2 questions - one about a more expensive unit which I didn't buy because of the lack of communication. And one for this unit asking about the "zoom 2" anc whether it can be taken off screen while watching a dvd. Both questions were ignored. If you are looking for a cheap DVD player then this is good. If you want seller communication then don't expect a reply.

I do have a problem with the delivery agent EVRI! The package was left at my front door in full view of the public road, no knock on the door, no ringing of the door bell, nothing! Delivered late in the day, just left the package overnight for it to be stolen.
