It was in a sealed box and appeared to be brand new. When I reached out to them, they did not hesitate to make it right. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. They issued an RMA and emailed me the UPS return label. Once they received it back, they immediately refunded the money. I’ve bought from them before and I will definitely buy again!
