  I had ordered from this Seller before so ordered from my order History and did not realise who the courier would be. Unfortunately parcel vanished after being sent with Evri and being scanned into their delivery depot.Followed by the usual nonsense tracking updates. Can't fault Seller at all who issued a refund very quickly. Sadly Seller is now out of pocket and neither of us has the Tape. (Ebay Take Note).

  Ordered six rolls as a repeat buyer. Package arrived part open with three rolls only - either fallen out or pilfered. Reported to seller but no answer in 19 hours. Reported to eBay and received answer quickly. Probably not sellers fault. Sent me a repeat order within 48 hours.

  I was kept up to date with the delivery including the service the seller had used as courier emailing me etc just to be left disappointed, the delivery driver dumped my parcel outside my door?instead of ringing the bell!!!we was home,it was only by chance we noticed the parcel. There's 6 flats + before 12pm the communal access to flats anyone can get in,(as courier had)!!'l,m giving positive as l don't blame seller ,mop was good just delivery questionable.,good quality,good condition,good
